the only reason they had PL helpers because certain people wanted mod powers, and they had helped out the forums. not everyone who helped out the forums got the helper rank though.. we got rid of them ages ago.

a person in charge of awards wudnt really work, it would have to be more of a comittee. kevin was always meant to be in charge of the tournies but we havent had one in a while.
