You need to have Wifi and then you can get a Friend Code.

I would give you mine, except I can't get Wi-Fi. Maybe when I'm a little bit older, I can work at McDonalds and get the Wi-Fi there.

you just need the wfc thing for that dont you?(pretty sure)
like just go to nintendowifi.com and if you have the internet you will be able to use it in your house.

I tried nintendowifi, but it didn't work. Period. Me and Mario tried to figure out what the problem was, but it was a complete fail.
