Smogon Tiers - [Smogon] The complete Standard Tiers. These are the Tiers used when Standard Tiers Apply.

Ubers (U) - Pokemon with a Total Base stat of more than 600 with exceptions of the Pokemon have useless Abilities (i.e. Slow Start, Truant) and Pokemon with *Unfair Abilities (i.e. Bad Dreams, Shadow Tag).*Also, Manaphy because of its High Defenses and Vitality{HP} and having access to Tail Glow.*Latios and Latias having access to Soul Dew and the ability to make great uses of Recover or Roost.
