Yeah it is. But really Garchomp should't be uber. ._.

Reason is because it's just an easy to kill but hard to avoid Pokemon.

garchomp isnt hard to beat since he doesnt have base 105 spe the extra points make a difference also no quad weak pokemon should be in ubers only Rayquaza because of D-Dance and its insane stats

It's hard to explain why it should be OU. But easy for to tell it can be Uber.

well I knew Smogon was talking about putting Chomp in the Uber tier I hope they dont its basically a main pokemon in about every team and I cant stand without Garchomp in my Dragon Team

Garchomp shouldn't be be uber at all, because too many people on Uber teams pack dragon/ice moves to "counter" all of the dragons you will find there.
