What is your most embarrassing moment in Pokemon

The title says it all.


Mine is when I was playing my Silver game, I was trying to train my Nidorina.
I went to the Pokemon Center in Azalea Town to go heal it after a lot of training in the woods. I took it to the lady, and she said my Nidorina had little bugs crawling all over it, and that they were called "Pokerus." I was afraid it was a glitch, so I released my Nidorina forever. (I didn't know that Pokerus was a good thing back then.) I walked outside, and got a call from Prof. Elm. He said that Pokerus makes your Pokemon grow faster, and that it is a very rare thing to get. Then he said you'd be an idiot to release a Pokemon that has Pokerus. I went and got a new Gameboy the next day, because I threw my old one out the window.

That is just bad.

i was pretty sure that pokerus did little to nothing in second generation

well, my story isnt that different


i thought a shiny pokemon was a glitch back then....

I'd never heard of them until like two or three years ago. I released or KOed every one I saw. Which was like 10 in my ruby game.

i restarted my sapphire recently that id caught all 200 on and had like 4/5 of those golden stars. :/

Got messed up PDA screen and got used to it. So when I battled my friend I thought it was like PDA so instead of D-Nite using Fire Punch on Skarm I used DD for the 4th time and got D-Nite killed. 6 words for you PDA "FUcQKK YOU"

once in crystal i was catching random pokemon and accidentally used my master ball on a caterpie...but i didnt realize it until i was trying to catch ho-ho... so it got saved over. not that bad but...w/e
