My Pokemon Won't Obey Me.

I don't know why they would be mad at me... I had them since they were eggs...
How can i make they obey me?

heres the deal:

1 badge: until lv 15

2 badges: until lv 30

5 badges: until lv 50

6 badges: until lv 70

8 badges: all pokemon listen, no matter what
