Basically it is what you see. Just debating on a filler. Avalanche, maybe?

give it these EVs: 64 HP/ 252 Atk/ 192 Speed

for the filler, i'd reccomend Blizzard or Ice Fang, but Avalanche is still a good option.

use Snow Cloak as ability, but i guess you're smart enough to figure that out


the rest looks pretty good

I you're putting it on a hail team use Blizzard as your last move. It will catch people off guard an do a lot of damage.

Personally I'd consider giving it some speed. Mamoswine isn't all that sturdy even with 252 hp evs, but the choice is yours.

you might want to think about putting curse if your giving it hp ev's, but if you dont want to give it spa attack ev's while giving it blizzard of ice beam while putting the rest in speed
