well depends what item

FOCUS SASH:
Swords dance
Ice punch
Ice shard/brick break
Night slash

Take ice shard for adamant sets, brick break for jolly sets

Theres one. Sash usually works best

Special sweep
nasty plot
Dark pulse
Ice beam
Focus Blast

you can only get good IV pokemon by breeding them yourself, same goes for EV training, you can ask for a trade on the forum, but don't post it here

moveset for a relaxed pineco/fortress plz

i was going wit this set
toxic spikes
rapid spin
explosion
stealth rock

im just gonna setup toxic spikes an sr the wen im finish i just explode or just switch in to another poke.an if they switch an go wit a rapid spinner i would go wit my dusknoir who resit rapid spin

hmm well toxic spikes is a bit of a tricky move. it can work great, but if any of your team has status inducing moves you are in serious trouble as they cant be poisoned and paralysed, for example.

the rapid spin and SR looks good, so does the explosion. Id give it a sash just so it survives those fire moves thrown at it. If you don't want toxic spikes, spikes is always an option of course. If you do use toxic ones, then make sure you have already used any status strategies before hand

Ok im like new here and not really used to forums but im giving it my best shot so dont laugh! So i was wondering if you could help me out with my team i generally go with:
Vaporeon
Charizard
Leafeon
Zapdos
Espeon
Umbreon
Although my espeon and umbreon arent really permanent ive got a fair few lv.100s so i tend to mix and match as needs be.
So do you think thats a good team??Any advice??

ok well is charizard a special or a physical sweeper?

because if hes special, then it seems you don't have any physical sweepers which you need. Umbreon is a good wall to use, and vaporeon can be a special wall. That's good. Charizard can work as a physical or special sweeper, and so can zapdos even though it is usually special.
If charizard and zapdos are special, i reccomend you replace one for a physical sweeper, such as weavile or garchomp. Also, a mixed sweeper would help you, like salamence or electivire

And thanks legends for the help my charizard is definitely a special sweeper and zapdos is mixed seeing as how its almost perfectly balanced between attack and special attack in terms of its moveset and its atk and sp.atk stats

uhhmm

Infernape:

Nasty Plot, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, HP Ice/Grass knot
Or
Swords dance, Blaze kick, Close Combat, EQ/Shadow Claw/Tpunch

Luxray:
Twave, Thunder Fang, Crunch, Fire/Ice fang
Luxray doesnt really have many options. He needs twave to make up for his lacking speed, although his atk is good. Twave is his best physical electric attack, crunch is powerful and the fangs are really the only other useful ones.

Staraptor:
Brave bird, Close Combat, U-turn, Roost/Return
