Ideas For A New Tourny

go with a Retro tourny, only pokemon with from the first generation, and only with First gen movesets, also since its gonna be first gen, no hold items.

maybe, but remember that rapid spin isnt a 1st gen move, then again, neither are spikes, stealth rock...ect. also, grass knot for starmie is out of the question

Actually just because we use them alot doesn't mean they will move up the tier, their stats remain the same so they'll still be in the same tier.

Not really. There's a reason that they call is over USED. Because that's how much people generally USE it. So if everyone decided to use a Bidoof in online battles, he'd be moved up to OU.
