For example 1 pokemon from each tier.

how about to get morepeople to sign up to a tourny we include a message about it in a newsletter and a link to the thread they did it in another forum and it worked wonders there.

i think we should have a tourny whereyou have to use only level 10s so that we can laugh our heads off at how bad they are.
