Comments: It doesn't have 31 Attack IV but, 30 its pretty close which will make a very small difference especially with Swords Dance. Decent HP IV and great Defense and Sp. Defense IVs. It can take 2 Flamerthrowers from a Weezing with 0 Sp. Attack EVs and 31 Sp. Attack IVs at minimum damage. Weavile can also 2HKO Weezing (252 Defense, 252 HP) With Ice Punch and 1 Swords Dance.
